Warehouse Manager

Talent Focus are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager for our client located in Acacia Ridge. The position will commence in an ongoing casual nature with view to permanency.
The warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing receiving, storage, shipping, dispatch and inventory accuracy, ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
 
Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health, safety and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Plan work rotes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
