About The Opportunity

We're working with an exciting retail start‑up looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to establish their warehouse operation ahead of launch. This is a rare opportunity to build systems and processes from the ground up and make a lasting impact on the business.

• Designing and setting up the new warehouse to support both retail and e‑commerce operations.
• Implementing warehouse processes, inventory controls and storage layouts to ensure an efficient operation.
• Developing SOPs and documentation covering receiving, replenishment, fulfilment and stock management.
• Recruiting, onboarding and setting up a warehouse team for a seven‑day operation.
• Establishing freight, courier and supplier relationships while ensuring the warehouse is ready for launch.
