Manage end-to-end testing for inventory & inbound/outbound processes
Track system issues and coordinate resolutions
Ensure accurate reporting to international stakeholders
Improve Quality & Processes
Identify system gaps and optimization opportunities
Update SOPs, work instructions & documentation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Reporting & Client Communication
Prepare structured weekly/monthly reports
Present findings to management and Japan client team
