Warehouse & Logistics Specialist

To manage warehouse operations and logistics coordination across domestic and international shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, material planning, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with customs and export documentation. The role also involves SAP-based transaction handling for procurement, sales, and inventory control.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations including GRN, binning, FIFO, and off-site inventory
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and monthly/Forecast physical audits
• Coordinate material requirement planning with procurement and production teams
• Plan and execute domestic dispatches with transporters and 3PL partners
• Liaise with FF, CHA, and shipping agents for import/export shipments
• Prepare and verify export documents, checklist filing, and shipping bill presentation
