The warehouse & logistics manager will directly to the COO and will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Establishing operation plans under the company's policy and company overall plans.Defining and finding ways to improve operations wise to meet standards and efficiency.Preparing the annual budget for the operation team and considering the use of the budget within the specified authority.Managing transportation, manpower service, warehouse, and other services in a most efficient and to be driven by cost-effectiveness.Supervising and ensuring that subordinates work and comply with company rules.Monitoring/controlling cost and KPIs of operation teams.Managing work to be safe and comply with customer requirements.Analyzing and presenting data for improvement in both effectiveness and cost control in competency with targets set.Setting targets for op...
