Warehouse & Logistics Executive

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure quantity and condition are correct.

Perform stock checking, stock counting and inventory control.

Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.

Organize and arrange goods in the warehouse properly.

Prepare and coordinate outgoing deliveries according to customer orders.

Arrange transportation and liaise with transporters for delivery schedules.

Monitor delivery status and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Coordinate with sales, operations and customers regarding delivery arrangements.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and organization.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements
