Job Description
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with China-based suppliers, ensuring timely procurement and shipment of goods.
- Negotiate freight contracts and optimize shipping costs while maintaining service quality.
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes, systems, and SOPs to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs for warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and logistics efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Sales, Production) to support business needs.
- Troubleshoot logistics issues and provide effective solutions proactively.
