**Warehouse Lead – 2nd Shift**

**York, PA**

$22.00/hour to start

Training on 1st Shift (8AM–4:30PM) → Move to 2nd Shift (3:30PM–12AM

Working Lead of a small warehouse team and keep operations running smooth and efficient.

This is a **hands-on role** —you’ll be working alongside your team daily.

**✅ What You’ll Do**

+ Lead a team of 5–8 warehouse associates
+ Pick orders using order picker equipment
+ Load/unload trucks and pack shipments
+ Handle inventory control and order accuracy
+ Complete paperwork and quality checks
+ Receive materials and distribute deliveries
+ Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
+ Operate forklift / cherry picker equipment

**🛠 Requirements**

+ 3+ years warehouse experience
+ Leadership or team lead experience
+ Forklift / material handling equipment experience
