Position Summary:


Responsible for handling the daily (routine) management of warehouse associates. The warehouse Lead is accountable for ensuring that the warehouse associates are maintaining the highest degree of accuracy and efficiency relating to receiving, stocking and shipping merchandise. The warehouse lead will also engage in the daily warehouse functions alongside the team.

  • Planning, coordinating and monitoring of the team activities to meet our 4 core objectives:
  • Provide a clean, organized and safe working environment.
    Execute process to meet customer expectations for shipping accuracy.
    Receiving and Inventory accuracy. Ensuring processes are adhered.
    Maximizing the team capacity to meet our internal customer needs.
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing policies and procedures. Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory.
