Warehouse Lead

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Lead to join a growing Supply Chain team at a modern, purpose-built logistics facility in Shannon. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example while ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate operation of a busy warehouse. The successful candidate will manage a small warehouse team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new warehouse technologies and maintaining high standards of inventory control. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team. Oversee goods receiving, unloading, inventory transactions and stock control processes. Ensure all incoming goods are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
