Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain storage/inventory database (Lark).
• Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts.
• Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant departments.
• Coordinate the purchase of stocking materials.
• Provide regular inventory reports to management.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices.
• Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out‑of‑stock (OOS) situations.
• Perform regular stock checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Answer stock check queries from Procurement and other departments.
• Preparation of materials for delivery.
• Conduct frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Provide inventory reports.
