JOB PURPOSE:

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of inventory and facility management. This role demands a data-driven leader who can optimize WMS/TMS workflows, manage a large 3rd-party workforce, and maintain Best-in-Class standards inSLA, Cost, and Quality. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex disputes with both vendors and customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operational Excellence (Inbound & Outbound)

  • Oversee seamless receiving (Inbound) and dispatch (Outbound) processes to meet daily throughput targets.
