Warehouse Executive

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and overseeing all warehousing activities, including receiving, storage, kitting and shipping of goods.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock checks.
• Supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage warehouse KPIs: receiving accuracy, inventory turns, shipping lead times, etc.
• Ensure the workplace, equipment & storage area well maintained.
• Make sure warehouse working area are following 5S standard and clear from safety issue.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by HOD from time to time.

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing and inventory management best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
