Job Summary

We are looking for a sharp and organized Warehouse Encoder to manage our digital inventory records. While the Scanner handles the physical items, the Encoder ensures that all data—quantities, locations, and SKU details—are perfectly entered into our system. This role is vital for preventing inventory discrepancies and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately input data from physical receiving reports and pick lists into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Documentation: Maintain and organize digital and physical files of delivery receipts, invoices, and waybills.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Cross-check physical counts against system records and report any shorts or overs to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports using Microsoft Excel or internal software.
