Warehouse Encoder

Responsibilities

• Responsible to other clerical work related to the maintenance of an accurate Inventory of stocks in the warehouse.
• Perform random spot check of materials on fast moving items. Ensure that actual stock on hand is tally with corresponding bin card.
• Assist in the preparation of Inventory Analysis Report. Encode all information in the Inventory Report based on the result of the Physical count of materials.
• Provide assistance to the Inventory Specialist in the investigation of records and balances not agreeing with inventory count. Trace corresponding documentation.
• Maintain all files related to Inventory Report.
• Perform other related warehouse functions such as issuance of materials and receipt of materials from suppliers.
• Assist the Data Encoder in the input of all warehouse transactions into the computer.
