Warehouse Encoder

Qualifications:

• At least college level
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or data encoding is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems, spreadsheets, and data entry tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Description:

• Encode inventory data such as item descriptions, quantities, serial numbers, and locations
• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking physical inventory against system records
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports and documentation
• Assist in stock reconciliation and periodic inventory counts
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams regarding data discrepancies
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse records
• Follow company policies and data confidentiality standards
