Job Description
Must be a college graduate, preferably of any business-related or computer-related course.
With at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory encoding, or clerical work is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
Knowledge in inventory monitoring, stock encoding, and basic warehouse documentation.
Highly detail-oriented and accurate in data encoding and report preparation.
Able to encode daily inbound and outbound stocks with minimal errors.
With good organizational and time-management skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
With good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when necessary.
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential warehouse and inventory records.
