Job Description

The Warehouse Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining inventory and movement records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in the Central Production Warehouse. The role supports production continuity by ensuring real-time, accurate data in the inventory and ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level
  • Experience as a Warehouse Encoder / Inventory Encoder / Data Encoder is preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse documents and basic inventory concepts
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel; ERP experience is an advantage
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy
  • Willing to work in a production / warehouse environment
