Warehouse Division Manager

Job Summary:

To ensure warehouse perform with zero issue to the standard that has been set by the company in term of lead time, total output, and cost.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage distribution center operations in accordance with company standards, policies, and long‑term vision.
2. Develop, implement, and continuously improve DC operational policies, SOPs, and procedures while ensuring compliance with warehousing, handling, and distribution regulations.
3. Select, evaluate, and manage third‑party logistics and service partners, including annual contract renewal, cost benchmarking (mark‑to‑market), and KPI‑based performance monitoring.
4. Maintain strong governance and professional relationships with partners through regular reviews and performance discussions.
