  • Attention to detail, must have the ability to follow up on multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills

  • Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience in fleet coordination

  • Accountable, proactive and a problem-solver

  • Organized, detail-oriented – excellent follow-up skills are essential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP an asset

  • Must be able to work flexible hours from Monday to Friday, overtime may be required

  • 3 years experience working in a construction or building materials environment preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
