Job Summary
The Warehouse Dispatch Staff is responsible for preparing, verifying, and releasing finished noodle products for delivery to distributors, warehouses, and customers. The role ensures accurate order fulfillment, proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and compliance with food safety and warehouse standards.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking & Dispatch Preparation
- Pick finished goods based on approved Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, or Transfer Requests.
- Verify product codes, quantities, batch/lot numbers, and expiration dates before dispatch.
- Prepare products for loading and transportation.
Finished Goods Release
- Release finished products in accordance with approved dispatch documents and company procedures.
- Ensure only Quality Assurance (QA)-approved products are released.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Production to meet delivery schedules.
