Warehouse Coordinator Assistant

Job Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator Assistant supports daily warehouse and operations functions by managing inventory reporting, assisting with RMA and warranty coordination, preparing B2B and Voiply orders, and ensuring clear communication between leadership, SIM management, and fulfillment teams. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy, order readiness, and smooth cross-department operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Reporting

• Send daily inventory count updates in the warehouse leadership tracking document
• Tag warehouse leadership (Leo and Mo) on all inventory updates
• Ensure all inventory data is accurate, timely, and properly documented

RMA & Warranty Support

• Assist with monthly RMA data submissions to Irena (Simo)
• Receive warranty information from Simo and relay clear updates back to warehouse and operations teams
