You'll ensure timely and compliant movement of goods while optimizing customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy. Key duties include processing shipping documents and managing ERP entries in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate shipping and receiving documentation
• Liaise with carriers and process freight claims
• Record incoming materials in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Monitor ship-on-time performance and investigate late shipments
• Maintain shipping office operations and inventory levels
