To provide efficient day-to-day support for procurement and logistics department. Duties & Responsibility Receives inbound deliveries from customers, suppliers, and Courier / Freight Companies, Checks if the delivered goods match with the invoice and Purchase Order. Inspects the shipments if there is no sign of damage on the packaging prior to signing the delivery note / invoice. Mark the received goods to ensure that FIFO principle is maintained. Amend Purchase order (if necessary) and then perform Goods receipt process on SAP (MIGO) Pack the goods into the relevant Storage Locations / bins. Responsible for picking the goods and dispatch them for delivery to customers. Operates the warehouse forklift and other materials moving equipment. Share Proof of deliveries and related invoices with Logistics Team Lead for further handling. Prepares and issue delivery notes and hand-out documents to be signed by the Logistics Team Lead for all stock items to be delivered. ...
