Job Description

• Keep checking and encoding updated.
• Ensures the accuracy, quality, and proper documentation of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Inspecting goods for damage, verifying quantities against purchase orders/receipts, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with logistics teams to prevent discrepancies.
• Examine goods for defects, damage, or shortages to avoid customer claims.
• Sort items for route-based loading, assist in inventory auditing, and report issues to supervisors.
• Utilise manual or computerized inventory systems to track inventory location and movement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• With experience specialised in Inventory/Material & Warehouse, Management or equivalent but we encourage fresh graduate to apply.
