This role centers on running a system control center, clearly communicating critical issues, and partnering across functions to maintain and elevate performance, safety, and quality. You will drive continuous improvement and lead troubleshooting to root cause.

  • Thu–Sat & every other Wed: 5:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.

Core responsibilities

  • Monitor the health and performance of automated adapters, vertical lifts, and automated robotic vehicles.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex operational and system issues; coordinate escalations to support teams for production‑impacting events.
