Job Description
Identifies site requirements by establishing personal rapport with PIC's and other persons in a position to understand service requirements for site installation.
Checks availability of requested products on ERP (SAP).
Responsible for coordinating the movement of inventory, manage picking tickets for request and respond to inventory queries.
Notifies WH Team Lead or Supervisor if there are discrepancies, damages and shortages of products.
Prepares and processes P.O. and other requests.
Maintains database by entering data into system and protects operations confidence by keeping information confidential.
Receives, opens and inspects products endorsed by WH Team Lead or Supervisor.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge and ensures correct scans of the of products.
Inspects that all proper labels are attached / written on the sealed boxes*
Maintains historical records by documenting system changes and revisions.
