Shipping Coordinator

Pay: $21.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are hiring a Shipping Coordinator to manage courier and palletized shipments and support our warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone experienced with Reach Trucks, pallet building, and freight coordination.

Responsibilities:
•Book and manage outbound shipments via UPS, FedEx, Purolator
• Schedule pallet shipments with ERP, Maritime Ontario, Freight.com
• Reconcile shipping invoices and maintain accurate freight documentation
• Order and maintain shipping supplies for the warehouse
• Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment
• Load pallets using a Reach Truck (approx. 4 hours/week)
• Lift boxes and materials up to 50 lbs (3–4 hours/day on average)
