Warehouse Associate

Warehouse & Admin Personnel to bridge the gap between our physical inventory and back-end monitoring. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the pace of a warehouse environment but possesses the analytical skills to manage delivery tracking and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Backload Tracking: Primary responsibility for monitoring all outgoing deliveries and strictly auditing backloads (returns/undelivered items) to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Inventory Control: Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical hardware/goods with administrative logs.
• Documentation: Prepare and process delivery receipts, waybills, and return-to-vendor (RTV) documents.
• Logistics Coordination: Communicate with drivers and dispatch teams to resolve delivery discrepancies in real-time.
