**Warehouse Associate**
**Job Overview**
+ **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (40-hour work week; occasional evenings/weekends as needed).
+ **Pay Rate:** $20.00 / Hour.
+ **Type:** Temp-to-Hire (based on performance and business needs).
+ **Location/Environment:** Warehouse setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Order Fulfillment:** Fill orders, cut wire/pipe, and operate hydraulic wire-cutting machines.
+ **Equipment Operation:** Safely operate forklifts (Reach, Sit-down, Stand-up) and use RF scanners.
+ **Logistics & Maintenance:** Load/unload freight trucks, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and follow inventory best practices.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
+ **Physical:** Ability to repetitively lift and pull heavy objects (50+ lbs.).
