**Shift Options**
+ 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM • $19/hr
+ 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM • $21/hr
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Operate overhead cranes to move structural steel (training provided)
+ Load trucks using order sheets and staging plans
+ Track and manage inventory in your assigned bay
+ Perform basic crane checks and routine maintenance
+ Keep your area clean, organized, and safe
+ Follow PPE rules and safe lifting procedures
