Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare deliveries according to incoming orders, realize expedition, qualify and follow return flow (default, transport return, wrong choice…), realize inventories, and inform internal customers about stock.
• Sort and prepare gas cylinders for delivery, ensuring safe storage, racking, and securing with strapping.
• Operate forklifts to safely load and unload cylinders, maintain the equipment, and park it properly.
• Perform manual handling and inspections; scan cylinders and file complaint forms for any defects.
• Track site stock records, document receipts and deliveries, and assist with month‑end inventory reconciliation to avoid payment delays.
• Attend to walk‑in customers and support ad‑hoc logistics activities to ensure operational continuity.
