Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities, descriptions, and quality against purchase orders.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.

Storage & Organization

• Label and store products in the correct locations according to warehouse layout.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of storage areas.

Picking & Packing

• Pick items accurately based on order lists or system instructions.
• Pack and label items securely for delivery or transfer.

Dispatch & Delivery Support

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from trucks or containers.
• Ensure all outgoing shipments are complete and documented properly.

Inventory Control

• Conduct regular stock counts and update system records.
• Assist in cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
