Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare report and incentive calculation
  • Prepare and generate operational performance, inventory monitoring and management reports as required
  • Calculate monthly incentives for warehouse staff
  • Update and maintain incentive records and administrative data
  • Ensure all data is complete, accurate and properly recorded

2. Administrative duties

  • Perform daily administrative tasks in accordance with established SOPs.
  • Manage and monitor loose items in the warehouse
  • Minimise delays and promptly report any issues to the superior

3. Documents and records management

  • Maintain and monitor all warehouse related documents systematically.
  • Handle invoices and Purchase Requisition (PR).
  • Verify supplier deliveries against supporting documents for accuracy.
  • Record and monitor supplier pallet movements.
