Key Responsibilities and Duties

Administrative and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse records, including Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoices, Transmittal, and Gate Passes.
  • Establish and maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems in accordance with record retention policies.
  • Prepare and submit fund requests for the purchase of supplies and coordinate approvals with the Warehouse Manager.
  • Record Delivery Receipts and Transmittal in the journal system by assigned series numbers for proper tracking and control.

  • Delivery, dispatch, and gate pass records
  • Inventory and stock movement reports
  • Audit, inspection, and compliance documentation
