Warehouse Administrator / Forklift Operator

HOBAN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established national transport and logistics organisation that provides freight and supply chain solutions across Australia. Due to increased operational demands, we are seeking a versatile and reliable Warehouse Administrator / Forklift Operator to join their team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys both administrative and warehouse responsibilities, with duties split between office-based coordination and hands-on warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Warehouse Systems

• Processing and keying customer orders accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Data entry and inventory administration
• Updating shipment and warehouse records
• Coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order processing
• General administrative support as required
