Job Summary
The Inventory & Operations Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking operational data, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and review daily paperwork from warehouse operators for accuracy.
Enter operational and inventory data into ERP.
Process inventory adjustments and support inventory reconciliation.
Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Track operational metrics including timecards, inbound/outbound loads, and pallet counts.
