Job Description

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
  • Handle and maintain all warehouse-related documentation, including shipping and receiving records, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Input data into warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure its accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute reports such as stock movement, order processing, and performance metrics.
  • Compiling daily report from all sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and monitor/track inventory movement.
  • Assist with regular stock counts and audits to ensure data consistency.
  • Generate inventory reports and flag low-stock or excess-stock situations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
