Job Description
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Handle and maintain all warehouse-related documentation, including shipping and receiving records, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Input data into warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure its accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute reports such as stock movement, order processing, and performance metrics.
- Compiling daily report from all sites.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and monitor/track inventory movement.
- Assist with regular stock counts and audits to ensure data consistency.
- Generate inventory reports and flag low-stock or excess-stock situations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
