Position : Warehouse Admin (Warehouse Operations & WMS)

Bidfood Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented and system‑savvy Administrative Support to assist the Operations team, with a primary focus on Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions, data accuracy, and coordination of daily warehouse documentation. This role ensures smooth operational flow from inbound receiving to outbound delivery through accurate data processing and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

WMS & Data Management

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for inbound, outbound, inventory, and cycle count activities in the WMS.
• Monitor WMS dashboards, queues, alerts, and error logs to ensure smooth processing of daily tasks.
