A Warehouse Admin Assistant manages inventory records, processes shipping documentation, and coordinates logistics in a warehouse. Key duties include data entry in WMS/Excel, preparing pick lists and delivery notes, answering customer enquiries, and liaising with operations teams. They require strong communication and IT skills. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Reporting:
Updating Inventory Management Systems, processing Goods Receiving Notes (GRN), and tracking inventory levels. Documentation Management:
Preparing and processing invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documents. Coordination:
Communicating with couriers, suppliers, and internal departments to manage inbound/outbound logistics. Customer Support:
