Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage students residing in the hostel.
  • Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to hostel rules.
  • Address student grievances and welfare concerns.
  • Manage room allocations, attendance, and hostel records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
  • Handle emergencies and communicate with parents when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in hostel/student management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage student welfare and maintain a positive residential environment.
