Starting Wage $20.35 per hours with increases at 6 months and 1 year
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Perform essential processing tasks as part of the turkey harvest operation in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment
+ Handle product in accordance with quality, food safety, and animal welfare standards throughout the production process
+ **Minimum Qualifications**
+ Ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds
+ Perform repetitive motion with a knife or tool
+ Able to twist, turn or bend throughout 8 - 10 hour shift
+ Work in temperatures ranging from 60 - 90 degrees
+ Work well in group
+ Able to stand on concrete floors for long durations of time
