JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused waitrons to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and hospitality in line with food service regulations

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Guest Reception & Customer Service

• Welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
• Escort guests to their tables (if required)
• Provide menus and explain daily specials, promotions, or unavailable items
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Make recommendations based on guest preferences
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude always

2. Order Taking & Communication
