Waitress ( Night Shift )

The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. She takes orders, serves food and beverages, and maintains cleanliness in the dining area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Prepare and issue bills, and assist with payment processing if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• With or without experience as a waitress or in the food service industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
