Overview

We are currently seeking a Waiter / Waitress to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, promotions, and signature dishes.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the FireLake grill concept, menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
• Upsell menu items, premium beverages, and signature cocktails.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding efficiently to requests.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalates issues when required.
