What You'll Do?

Serve food and beverages, including specialty dishes, at tables as needed.

Present menus to customers, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested.

Clean tables or counters after guests have finished.

Inform customers of daily specials.

Explain the preparation of menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods.

Prepare tables for meals by setting up tableware.

Clear dishes and glasses from tables and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.

Audit all plates and orders before serving.
