Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant service team. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain service standards. Assist in staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally. Coordinate table arrangements and ensure smooth dining operations. Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene and workplace safety standards. Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Strong communication and team leadership skills preferred.
