Job Title: Steward / Waiter Company: The Belgian Waffle Co. Job Summary: Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while following company SOPs and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers. Take and serve orders accurately and promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables. Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier for timely service. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Handle customer queries courteously. Support opening and closing café operations. Requirements: 10th/12th pass or Hospitality Diploma (preferred). Good communication and customer service skills. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
