Key Responsibilities

Guest Interaction: Provide attentive and friendly service, taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal

Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, following service standards

Wine & Beverage Support: Offer basic wine and drink recommendations; coordinate with the sommelier for specialized service

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely operations

Cleanliness & Standards: Maintain a clean dining area and adhere to hygiene and safety protocols
