Deliver exceptional luxury food and beverage service while enhancing guest dining experiences.

Duties:
               
Serve food and beverages professionally.
Explain menus and specials.
Upsell wines and menu items.
Ensure dining area cleanliness.
Handle guest requests efficiently.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar.
Prepare cocktails and beverages.
 
Requirements:
 
Grade 12
A formal qualification
Fine dining service skills
Guest engagement       
Upselling techniques  
Extensive wine and menu knowledge
Superior communication skills
Superior time management
